Reformer Pilates promotes length, strength, flexibility and balance while pulling or pushing the carriage controlled by springs resistance.  Our House Reformer is our athletic all levels class. We love adding variations and keeping the class flowing so we make sure  maximize the time we have you and get that whole body working and burning!  All of our classes are taught to the strongest person in the room with modifications for those who need It. Always remember to move within the your limits of your body, and never try to keep up with everyone around you!  House Reformer is a perfect challenge for any level of experience.   Our Instructors get to make these classes what they wish which keeps things new and different each session.

Fundamentals Reformer

Our Fundamentals Reformer class is wonderful for clients newer to the Reformer equipment, or those looking to refresh their skills from the past. It's an all levels class, so everyone Is welcome however it moves at a slower pace. We consider this a level 1 class. We focus on form, breath work, what muscles are working and take out any level 2/3 advanced moves that our other classes incorporate.  Pilates on the reformer promotes length, strength, flexibility and balance while pulling or pushing the carriage controlled by springs resistance.   Always remember to move within the your limits of your body, and never try to keep up with everyone around you!

We always recommend 1-2 Private sessions before joining group classes.

Pre/PostNatal Reformer

Hey Mama! This class is for you. Whether you are a new mom to be or have babies at home this will be a class for all mommy levels. Being able to move your body before birth, and after birth SAFELY is a very important part of pregnancy. Pilates can be a game changer in helping keep your core and pelvic floor strong, helping you prepare for birth, as well as build back your body after birth so you can move better while chasing around those littles.

Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. The focus is on high reps + small movements to fatigue out the small muscle groups. Using various props such as light weights and resistance bands to build lean muscles allowing you to feel the burn. These classes will make you sweat giving you that after workout glow! All levels welcome.  


 Limit 12 per class.

Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat is a modern twist to a classic work out. This class will focus on a variation of the Pilates mat workout using various props, light hand weights, and contemporary movements. It also adds in some yoga stretches and breathing. This class will help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles. This class is available to all fitness levels. 


 Limit 12  per class.
