Our Fundamentals Reformer class is wonderful for clients new to the Reformer equipment, or those looking to refresh their skills from the past. It's an all levels class, so everyone Is welcome however it moves at a slower pace. We consider this a level 1/beginner class. We focus on form, breath work, what muscles are working, how to move around the reformer. Pilates on the reformer promotes length, strength, flexibility and balance while pulling or pushing the carriage controlled by springs resistance. Always remember to move within the your limits of your body, and never try to keep up with everyone around you!

We love adding variations and keeping the class flowing so we make sure maximize the time we have you and get that whole body working and burning! All of our classes are taught to the strongest person in the room with modifications for those who need It. Always remember to move within the your limits of your body, and never try to keep up with everyone around you! Our Instructors get to make these classes what they wish which keeps things new and different each session.

Advanced Reformer kicks it up a notch with a faster pace, more challenging variations, cardio bursts and guaranteed heat. This class moves quick so experience of the springs, and reformer are required. We love variations and a steady class flow to maximize the time we have and get the whole body burning. All of our classes are taught to the strongest person in the room with modifications for those who need it. Always remember to move within the your limits of your body, and never try to keep up with everyone around you! If you want a challenge this class is for you!!
Clients new to the reformer are prohibited from attending this level class.

Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. The focus is on high reps + small movements to fatigue out the small muscle groups. Using various props such as light weights and resistance bands to build lean muscles allowing you to feel the burn. These classes will make you sweat giving you that after workout glow! All levels welcome.
