Each exercise is low impact and is performed with attention to breath, form, alignment, and balanced muscle control. Emily's style is athletic with a focus on alignment. When your body is aligned, the strength and control can begin to come naturally. She combines the elements of pilates into a challenging, full body workout focused on improving general fitness and overall well-being. Her classes are set to great music that motivates you while leaving you feeling taller, stronger and hugged in all the right places.
