Trio FORM focuses on just that, your form. It moves at a slower pace to allow explanation and assistance when needed. Alignment based, we are able to cover some of the basic principles of pilates. This is an intermediate level class, and is for clients looking to refresh their skills, get stronger at new movements, might be recover from a surgery, or those who need modifications and less intensity. We focus on form, breath work, what muscles are working, how to move around the reformer, what modifications your body may need and how todo them properly. I like to challenge my clients so I teach to the strongest person in the room. Pilates was created to promote length, strength, flexibility and balance so you'll be challenged to feel these in your body.

FLOW is my signature class everyone knows and loves. It moves! It's always different and it's always challenging. It's for clients who are familiar with movement, their body and the machine, that they can FLOW through my series without lots of explanations and modifications. It's a quicker pace which comes because they have the strength and control to pick up the pace. This is an advanced level class, and I expect clients to know how to move their body around the machine. I love changing it up and you never know what I'll come up with next. This is what keeps your body challenged and changed. These flows are my own workouts, so they'll continue to challenge you to get stronger! I'll always teach to the level of strongest person in the room.
