House Manners

• Arrive 5 mins before class. if earlier kindly wait in your car for the class prior to let out.
  
• PARKING: currently we have a single driveway, please park accordingly or park in the street. 
• Classes need a minimum of 3 clients to run. Class may be cancelled if less than that.
• Grip Socks are the only socks allowed in class. I do sell them, so if you need a pair let me know!
• Please silence cell phones and leave out of the studio room. 
• We reserve the right to change or cancel any class for any reason. Clients enrolled in that class will be notified by either phone or email or text and will be given their class credit back. 
• All purchases are final. No refunds will be granted.  Kindly observe expiration polices for single drop ins/packages
• All classes & packages are non-transferrable to friend or family members.  
• In the event a card gets declined, you will be notified to update payment. if card declines a a second time, you will be charged a $10 late fee.  

• We ask for your kindness towards clients in class and please do not arrive to classes late.   
• 24 hour cancellation policy for all sessions. Cancellations within the 24 our window will be charged in full. Cancellations outside of the 24 hour window will be refunded to our account to use within the expiration period.

If you reserve your spot to be waitlisted for a class, you will automatically be added to a class if a spot becomes available within 2 hours of class start time. If you anticipate you cannot make it to class before being added on,  please remove yourself from the waitlist.

You will receive an email/ when you've been added to a class from the waitlist.  Please check your phone, or your account prior to class if you know you're waiting to get in. 

Make sure your personal settings are turned on for EMAIL alerts.

If you are added to a class from the waitlist, our studio cancellation policy will apply.
